A haunting profile of Oakland-based performance artist Patrick Barnes and why he makes art for people living on the margins of society.
Filming for this project took place at Cob on Wood, a vibrant community of unhoused people in Oakland, California. This film would not have been possible without their generous support and collaboration. The community has since been destroyed by the City of Oakland and Caltrans, but you can aid their mission to continue to provide resources for the extended Wood Street community through their GoFundMe General Fund.
